my legs are covered in track grease, my shirt is...
one step closer to the water! did a whole workout, though with pretty slow times, it still happened. progress is progress, and I’m so happy i did it!
this is what i need to see whenever i don’t want to work out. it feels SO good to do something and feel your body loving/hating it and to know that you are getting strong. just do it.
