for a week (or maybe 2?) on vacation i made conscious choice to relax before school starts. this meant not going crazy on working out, or really working out at all. i felt fully and totally relaxed, finished my summer reading, and had a great vacation.
however, i am 5 pounds heavier today than i was last week. this doesn’t feel good! i know that i’m going to get really back into it when school starts, and i am going to push myself as hard as i can to be as strong as i can be on my team. don’t hate me guys, don’t hate me!
